Is the Bay all Hyphy??

In honor of the bay, the BARS Awards, and the end of the year comming up.. we revisit the "State of the Emergency" Conference. The Bay Area Hip Hop scene is more than Hyphy, and Hyphy aint nothing new.. its just a name to the Bay Movement that has been in existence since Too Short first sold the all white tape outta his trunk. This conference from October 2004 was a spark to the "Hyphy" movement, by helping organize, and unify many bay artists. Artist featured in the video include:
